My original designs all have something in common.  These quilts tell stories!  They are more than blocks put together in an attractive arrangement.  Quilting truly is an art form, and to me that means that my designs have something to tell us beyond their visual appeal.

In the Hearts & Pines Studio, I use a wonderful APQS Millennium longarm quilting machine.  With this machine, I quilt items from table placemats to king sized quilts.  I call my machine "Big Girl"  because she takes up lots of space and seems to prompt some big ideas; together, we've earned some nice awards over the past ten years.   You are welcome to inquire about scheduling a date for quilting.  Pricing is per square inch, starting at 2.25 cents for meandering and progressing through four categories (meandering, semi-custom & simple pantos, custom & complex pantos, heirloom) to 3.75 cents per square inch and above.
